In the end we will all be judged but the courage of our hearts.

thoughts extending far down from the top or surface
Once a day for 30 days.
I know it’s an hour and 30 minutes. Watch, listen, read.
This is a commitment.
You can do this.
This is the definitive event in your life.
You feel so alive right now Kris.
Ride this wave, just like you did a week ago. Look what that created!
It created THIS!
The series of events in your life have led you to THIS VERY MOMENT.
THIS IS POWERFUL
THIS IS NEXT LEVEL.
THIS IS IT
YOUR LEVEL OF FEAR HAS BEEN REDUCED ONCE AGAIN.
Your fear is at an all time low.
You know you can’t go back.
THIS IS GOOD
You can’t forget this
It’s why your on your phone emailing yourself at 11:04 pm while sitting in bed at your aunts.
You know the significance of this moment.
The signs are here.
Resonating around you.
The person you met last week may not have been a figment of your imagination, and you may never see or speak to that person again, but that person IS part of this new sense of LIFE.
Now go to sleep.
You’re not quite there JUST YET…
But now you know it’s inevitably coming…
In the nearer future…
It’s just a matter of time now…
So sleep Kris…
Seek to understand before being understood.

Dear Mama…

Dear mama….
When I was young
me and my mama had beef
Seventeen years old
kicked out on the streets
Though back at the time
I never thought I’d see her face
Ain’t a woman alive
that could take
my mama’s place
Suspended from school
and scared to go home
I was a fool
With the big boys
breakin all the rules
I shed tears
with my baby sister
over the years we was poorer
than the other little kids
And even though
we had different daddies
the same drama
When things went wrong
we’d blame Mama
I reminisce on the stress I caused
it was hell
huggin on my mama
from a jail cell
runnin’ from the police
Mama catch me
put a whoopin to my backside
And even as a crack fiend, Mama
You always was a queen, Mama
I finally understand
For a woman it ain’t easy
tryin’ to raise a man
You always was committed
A poor single mother
on welfare
tell me how you did it?
There’s no way
I can pay you back
but the plan is to
show you that I understand
you are appreciated
Deepest Thoughts

real talk…
its all about
expanding perception
raising our level of awareness
raising our level of consciousness
changing the way we live and love
love like it’s the only thing you know
at the end of the day
all this means nothing
this page
where you’re sitting
your degree
your job
your house
your car
all the money in the world
none of it matters
except love and human connection
relationships you have with people
who you love
and how deeply you love them
how you touch the lives of people around you
and how much you enriched their lives
family, friends, strangers,
quality of connection
connection is why we’re all here
it’s how we’re wired
it’s what gives purpose and meaning to our lives
Dear Mother

I don’t know
maybe I would write you
a happy ending
I would rearrange the pieces
to your sad beginning
I would put you far away
from the decaying roots
that bore you
and let you experience
all the ways that happiness
could bloom before you
or maybe I’m naive
maybe I’m just a kid
who thought that
if he could plant a seed
It would somehow grow inside you…..
The Butterfly Effect Theory
do you believe?

The Butterfly Effect theory
How little things do mean a lot in the longrun…Small causes may have large effects.
The scientific theory that a single occurrence, no matter how small, can change the course of the universe forever. Like…….we exist because an asteroid deviated an inch from it’s orbit 4.5 billion years ago…..what if that asteroid never hit earth and killed all the dinosaurs? Humans may have never existed…..thats deep!
The theory that even the smallest step one takes in his/her life can change the course of said life immensely.
Theory that everything matters, no matter how small/insignificant it may seem. If you change even the smallest of life’s details, you completely change its outcome.
The Deathbed Exercise
create the experience…
A number of years ago when I was working with psychotherapist Devers Branden, she put me through her “deathbed” exercise.
I was asked to clearly imagine myself lying on my own deathbed, and to fully realize the feelings connected with dying and saying good-bye.
Then she asked me to mentally invite the people in my life who were important to me to visit my bedside, one at a time. As I visualized each
friend and relative coming in to visit me, I had to speak to them out loud. I had to say to them what I wanted them to know as I was dying.
As I spoke to each person, I could feel my voice breaking. Somehow I couldn’t help breaking down. My eyes were filled with tears. I
experienced such a sense of loss. It was not my own life I was mourning; it was the love I was losing. To be more exact, it was a
communication of love that had never been there.
