😮Buy down vs down payment, the buy down ALWAYS wins. There is no incentive to put money into a down payment, so why do it?Down payments are old news, so is Pmi, so is checking your credit score, so is closing costs, and other ridiculous fees they WILL roll into your loan, whether you know it or not.
