| I wish I knew someone who went through the severe hardships that I go through everyday. People wonder why I preach determination all the time. If they only knew. Hearing people complain about their “bad” lives or “bad” situations….they don’t realize how good they really have it. 80% of people I know would crumble if they wore my shoes for a day.
The ironic thing is if I did not grow up the way I did, around certain people, and certain situations year after year, I wouldn’t be who I am today. Loyal, Honest, Trustworthy, Hard worker, reliable…….NOBODY EVER wants to receive a phone call like I just received. I can see exactly why people abuse alcohol and drugs to deal with situations similar to what I am in now.
