motorcycle

So I am trying to buy a new bike from this guy in PA. 4 hour drive but its worth it. I think I am ready to step my game up to a ZX-6R. I think it is a great looking bike… has alot of aftermarket mods that make it look even better, and sound better. I love the fact that I know how to find deals. With all of the extra money I save I get to buy more things! Its awesome. I give all of the credit to ebay and forums.(Not where im buying my bike though). I started using ebay in 2001, and ALL of my friends made fun of me for it…but I learned how to buy certain things DIRT cheap compared to retail and with my knowledge of the buying/selling market, a KRIS deal is pretty much a deal that cannot be beat by most people. So F**K them…lol

Anyways… I think I should try and ride a bit more carefully this season. Torwards the end of last season I found myself doing alot of weaving in and out of traffic and shit. Its really really fun but really dangerous. Like the one time I cut between two 18 wheelers…WOW. WHAT A RUSH. Or the time I almost slipped out of a turn downshifting when it was BARELY wet outside….yeah almost fell right off. I cant help but think that I could have done a better job at trying to avoid that truck in the accident 3 weeks ago…however everything turned out extremely well for me. Not only did I not miss work, I walked away from the scene… had a “good” first accident experience… AND my insurance company paid me almost $1300 AND I keep my bike… which is really practically in the same condition it was in before the accident!…..I guess you can say I got “lucky”…. but lets analyze this a bit futher.

Good things come to good people. If you do good things in life, and have good intentions in the future…. good things will always find a way to come into your life. It can really come from the most RANDOM places. Pretty much all of the most important things in my life found a VERY random way into my life. Nothing felt very planned. Did I plan to meet my GF? No… did I plan to get a bike? No… I just said fuck it and took the class…. amongst other things. My point is… if you do good things… good things will happen to you. I feel as if because I have been so good to people over the years, and always try and help people, even though I dont believe in religion at all, or any type of god… that maybe there is a “higher” power that really looks over me. I really feel that the more I do for other people, the better my life will be. Even if all of the good things didnt come back around to me, the fact that they do is like a bonus to me because to me helping others is way more important than anything anyone could ever do with their lives. I really wish I was involved with more peoples lives. I wish I was better with kids. I am sure that will come in time as I get older.

I cant say that I am living the life I thought I would when I was 18 years old, but I am happy with it. Sure there are things that steer me off track from time to time, or other people in my life that I have had on and off issues with like my girlfriend and my mom, and my younger and older sister….but at the end of the day I am happy. Those 4 people mean so much to me, and I wish each and every one of them were living a more overall healthier lifestyle and accomplishing more things but what can you do? Its not my life.. its theirs.

Alright its time for some more sleep before I go to work this afternoon.
