I just had an incredibly insignificant 30 second conversation with one of my coworkers that resulted in the solution of an incredibly minor issue(essentially a non issue that I really don’t care about), and I left that brief conversation somehow extremely rejuvenated and ‘pumped up’ ready to go the rest of the day.
Maybe this means the content of the actual conversations we are having with people is not nearly as important as the attitude in which we converse in. The body language, the tone, etc.
I dont even know if this makes sense, I just wanted to get it written before I forget.
