You do not have to pay the mass amount of interest and bullshit lending fees. Who wants more than a home? Who wants to be different? 99%+ of people I talk to believe you must have a downpayment to buy a home(a large one at that.) YOU DONT. I love how FHA advertises 4.375% 30 years fixed or whatever the current rate is, FHA is some trash. They roll so many fees into your loan including that god awful MIP until you have acquired enough equity.(which could be $100-$300 a month burned💸) I hate FHA with a passion.😡 FHA requires a 3.5% downpayment 🙄Interest rates are always higher as well. "But 3.5%~ is super low!"- NO ITS NOT. Just because it is "historically low" does not mean its the BEST AVAILABLE RATE!! Let's do the math, it doesn't lie😝: 3.5% on a 300k mortgage the first payment on the loan is $1347, to which $472 goes into equity and a whopping $875 to INTEREST! 😡That's not including MIP, taxes, insurance, HOA and any other bullshit fees they tack in.(and they always will)May not even include closing costs! Total interest over 30 years: $185,000~😩😡💉🔚 The same numbers with a NACA mortgage 0.0625% rate: $841 payment, $825 goes to equity, a MEASLY $16 into INTEREST. ‼️Total interest over 30 years with no Bullshit fees: varies depending on a few factors but typically between 15-35k. That's a HUGE DIFFERENCE!✔️ That's a difference of $500~ a month! A MONTH!💲💲💲 Cut the interest!✂️ Set a goal today!📅 You dont have to get the lowest possible rate. .5%, 1% 1.3%, 1.6% 2% YOU get to decide which interest rate you want!
